Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 August 2026.

This policy explains what personal data Jetstore Aviation collects, why, who receives it, and what rights you hold over it. It covers jetstore.aero and the enquiries, bookings and flights we arrange through it.

1.Who we are

Jetstore Aviation SÀRL, Geneva, Switzerland, is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to contact@jetstore.aero with any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights set out below.

2.What we collect

From an enquiry: your name, email address and telephone number, and the details of the trip you describe — route, dates, number of passengers, whether an animal travels with you, and anything you write in the message.

From a booking: the passenger manifest required before any private flight may depart, which is full name, date of birth, passport number and expiry date for every person boarding. Where an animal travels, its health and vaccination documents.

From a payment: nothing sensitive. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach us.

From the website: the pages you view and where you arrived from, including the click identifier Google adds to an advertisement link.

3.Why we collect it, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and arrange the flight you asked for. That is the performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before entering one.

To meet a legal requirement. A passenger manifest is not optional: civil aviation rules oblige the operating carrier to hold one before departure, and we pass it on for that purpose alone.

To understand how the site performs. That is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and which advertising bring real enquiries rather than traffic, and it follows the choice you make in the cookie banner.

To tell you about flights you asked to hear about. That is your consent, and you can withdraw it from any message we send.

4.Who receives it

The air operator flying you, and any intermediary through which we source the aircraft. Without the manifest they cannot carry you.

The ground handling agents at departure and arrival, where they need to expect you.

Public authorities, where the law of a country on your route requires it.

Our payment processor, and the customer system in which your file is kept.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

5.Where it goes

Private aviation is international by nature. The operator, the handling agents or the authorities on your route may sit outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. We pass on only what a given flight requires, to the parties that flight requires.

6.How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become a booking is kept while it may still be useful to you, then deleted. A booking is kept for the periods Swiss accounting and aviation record-keeping require. Manifest data is not kept beyond what those obligations demand.

7.Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a particular use, ask us to restrict a use while a question is resolved, or ask for your data in a portable form. Write to contact@jetstore.aero and we will answer.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, to your national supervisory authority.

8.Cookies and measurement

The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline the cookies used for measurement and advertising. The site works either way. Declining limits nothing you can book, and you can change your mind at any time from the same banner.

9.Security

We keep the data to a minimum, we send it only to the parties a flight requires, and we protect our systems with reasonable technical measures. You should know that operational documents in aviation travel largely by email between broker, operator and handling agent, and that email is not an end-to-end encrypted channel.

10.Children

We do not seek data about children. A manifest may include a minor travelling with their family; that data is given to us by the adult making the booking and is used only to allow the flight to depart.

11.Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. A change that materially affects you will be told to you directly rather than left on a page.

Questions about this policy, or a request concerning your data: contact@jetstore.aero. Jetstore Aviation SÀRL, Geneva, Switzerland.
